"Driver went above and beyond as plane was delayed and surpassed the 30 min extra waiting time. I had tried to contact the taxi company prior to taking off as to let you know plane be arriving late but no luck. Texted the taxi driver as we were coming in for landing and there was reception. Taxi driver was amazing. Even took my bag ( other companies don’t meet at gate even when asked to and don’t help with bag)So only thing I’d say is- if there’s an easier way to get in contact w company to say plane is delayed "
